180 Skills is an online learning provider that has hundreds of high-quality, industry-aligned courses that have been vetted by industry leaders and associations. Up to 100,000 Hoosiers can currently access free licenses to the 180 Skills curriculum.

Learners can choose from three program types:

  1. Career Launch Programs: Career Launch Programs are for learners who need immediate employment. They are aligned with six Indiana industries and can be completed in 50 hours or less.
  2. Career Programs: Career Programs are comprehensive programs for learners who want a great job in Indiana’s sizeable manufacturing field. There are 13 programs to choose from and they can be completed in 100 to 150 hours.
  3. Skill Groups: For learners who want to acquire skills to move up in their current job, or want to improve their employability skills, there are 150 Skill Group programs that can be completed in one to 15 hours. Learners are free to pick the Skill Group programs that help them accomplish their individual goals.

Who is eligible?

Hoosiers who are unemployed or have been otherwise impacted by COVID-19.

What can you learn?

Each license will give you access to the full library of over 700 180 Skills course offerings. When you first sign up, you will receive an informational email from 180 Skills with guidance to help you choose the learning program that will benefit you the most.
